This is why I like my typewriter.

Dear Fleur.
I was determined to be totally and utterly happy all day today. And I did pretty good. I went to Church. I thought about Timothy in the Bible(more on him later). I didn't get upset when we were locked out of the house. I made valentines. I had chai tea. I wasn't angry when I forgot to take my meds. I listened to Death Cab For Cutie. I wanted to learn calligraphy. Even though my hands were cold, I lived and just ironed my hair. And then I did my homework.
That's when it all fell apart.
I'm not going to act like it was the end of the world--even though I was 15 minutes ago. I wrote a paper. And then I deleted it.
After that I hated WORD. Nat Sam told me I'm not allowed to use WORD anymore. Google.docs from here on out.
He's pretty much a genius, and he couldn't even find my paper.
So.
That kind of makes me a retard.
I wonder how you say "retard" in French?
Because I deleted my paper, and I knew I was doing it. But I didn't stop.
Gah. David the retard girl who can't even work WORD.
I think I'll treat myself to vanilla ice cream and earl grey tea now. I don't know why I do these things.
Love Bells.

Can you make a bowtie work?

Dear Fleur.
I've been doing Art History homework all day. Literally. Other than the times I took a break to draw men wearing neckties. And I was just completely inspired to draw a guy wearing a jean jacket via this picture. Which means I'll probably go sketch after this.
And watches. I need to draw watches more often.

Tonight I made baked apple dumplings. Then I almost started an oven fire. I drank chai tea too. And I'll probably make myself some dinner now. Tomato soup? Heck oui.

Never write a story with a lady who wears a pink dress covered in bows for the final scene. Honestly. It's torture for your ink pens. And your eyes. Neckties are easy. Fedoras are harder. Tiny bows? I want to scream.

Homework again. Gah, I'm sick of it. And soup.
Love Bells.

Jonny lee miller.

Dear Fleur.
This morning was Easter. I guess you knew that. I woke up at 5:30a.m. I guess you didn't know that. Ate my cereal and drank a glass of chocolate milk while sitting on the kitchen floor in the dark. Then fixed my hair in my bedroom lit with pink christmas lights. Tried to wake up with a cup of chai tea. Made up a ridiculous story about a unicorn that thought it was a scorpion. Tried even harder to wake up. Walked to church with Ria. In a polka-dot dress and tweed coat. It was cold. But we got there. Was an A/V girl this morning. Got home to chocolate rabbits.
EAT THE BUTT FIRST.
That's my motto.
And then I watched the new BBC version of Jane Austen's Emma.

Yes, I do love Jonny Lee Miller.
I think I now love today. And not just because of that man's lines across his forehead. Probably more because my Mamie bought me some new lipstick.
Now off to make a list. And finish that unicorn/scorpion story.
Love from Bella.

Keep on keepin on (R.I.P. Olivia).

Dear Fleur.
Life has been kind of hard lately. To sum it up for you perfectly:
MY LITTLE SISTER'S HAMSTER DIED YESTERDAY.
&
I have run out of chai tea.

Don't tell me I can't cry at this point.

To make us all happier, Ria made pancakes and coffee in the French Press this morning. De-caf isn't my best friend, but he and I can be good acquaintances today.
I think I'll sit and sew on Flora. She's been lonely the past few mornings.
And I'll probably Skype someone's ear off. Because:
