On congratulating Sam+Kirsten.

This is a picture from the day after my friend Samuel told me that he was going to ask my best friend Kirsten to marry him.

And then he did. 

On Saturday morning, he did. 

And she said yes.

I am sitting in my college library drawing a small book about an angel and a girl with lots of hair who has a French name. I have been smiling for days, and it reads in my work lately. I think it is going to be a good little piece. 

Honestly, nothing could be anything but good right now.

Life is too precious and dear for it to be otherwise.

To clarify, I am ecstatic.
